What is Dazenga?
Updated 12 October 2026 · By the Dazenga team
Short answer
Dazenga is software for local businesses that makes it easy for customers to leave a Google review and gives unhappy customers a private way to tell you first. Customers tap an NFC card or scan a QR code, then choose a public Google review or private feedback. On the Growth and Multi plans, AI can draft replies for you to review and send. Plans start at £25 a month with a 14-day free trial.
Here is a plain summary of what Dazenga does, who it is for, what it costs and what it does not do.
How it works
- A customer taps their phone on your NFC card, or scans your QR code. No app is needed.
- They land on one page with your business name and two choices: leave a public Google review, or send private feedback.
- The Google review choice opens the review box for your listing. The private feedback choice sends their message to your inbox with an email alert, so you can reply before it becomes a public review.
- Your dashboard shows taps, how many people went on to Google, and the feedback you have received.
Every customer sees the same two choices. Nobody is hidden from the public review option. See what review gating is for why that matters.
Where Dazenga uses AI
On the Growth and Multi plans, AI is used in two places. The dashboard can draft a reply to a Google review or to a private feedback message, so a quick, polite answer takes seconds instead of minutes. And every Monday it writes a short weekly summary for each location: how the week went, what customers kept mentioning and what to focus on. Those are the only two places Dazenga uses AI.
- You are always in control. A reply draft is a suggestion. You read it, change it and press Send. Nothing is ever sent for you.
- Drafts only run when you ask. A reply is drafted when you click the draft button. The weekly summary is made automatically each Monday and shown in your dashboard.
- Numbers come from your data. The figures in a summary are calculated from your own page visits, feedback and Google reviews. The AI only writes the words around them, and anything it writes is checked against those figures.
- Your customers do not meet it. The page customers see has no AI, and AI does not decide who sees what.
- Who processes the text. To write a draft, the text you are replying to is sent to Anthropic, which makes the Claude AI models. See our privacy policy for details.
Who it is for
Independent local businesses that depend on their Google rating and have customers in front of them: cafés, restaurants, salons and barbershops and gyms, as well as similar shops and services. You need a Google listing for your business.

What Dazenga does not do
- It does not hide the Google review option from anyone. Every customer sees both choices.
- It does not send AI replies on its own. Drafts are suggestions for you to review and send.
- It does not write, buy or post reviews for you, and it does not support offering rewards for reviews. See incentives for Google reviews.
- It does not collect reviews on other sites. It sends people to your Google reviews, where most local searches begin.
- It does not promise a rating or a search ranking. It makes it easier for real customers to say something, and gives unhappy ones a way to reach you first.
