Automated review replies
Every review answered, without the admin
Replying to reviews helps, but nobody has the time. Switch on Autopilot and AI writes a warm reply in your own tone for each new Google review. You decide which star ratings go out automatically and which wait for you to approve.
- Pick the star ratings it replies to on its own, say 4 and 5, and approve the rest in a tap
- Anything serious, such as an allergy, an injury or a legal threat, is always held for you, never sent
- Replies go out at a natural time, not the second a review arrives, and you can undo any of them
- Tell it about your business once, such as what to mention and what to avoid, and every reply sounds like you
- Get an email when a reply needs your approval. Off by default, so nothing is sent until you turn it on
Included in the Growth and Multi plans. AI is used only to write these replies, and the weekly summary. It isn't used on the page your customers see.
Comeback Vouchers
Give every customer a reason to come back
Put one QR code by the till. After paying, customers scan it, enter their email and get a personal voucher for their next visit, say 10% off. When they return, your staff scan it on a phone or tablet and the discount is applied. You set the offer, how long it lasts and how many each customer can claim, and the dashboard shows how many were claimed and used.

- Each voucher has its own code and works once, so it can't be reused

Do my customers need an app?
No. They tap the card with their phone or scan the QR code and a normal web page opens. No app, no account, no login.
Is this allowed under Google's rules?
Yes. Every customer sees the same page with two identical buttons — we never hide the review option or filter by how someone feels. Dazenga also never writes or submits a review on anyone's behalf.
What exactly is the NFC card?
A small NFC card with a printed QR code, both pointing at your business's Dazenga page. We program it, test it on iPhone and Android, and post it to you. £25 one-time, per card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your dashboard — access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try it before you're charged.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Sign up, add your business details, pay, and we send a card that's ready to use.
How many cards can I order?
As many as you like, per business — one for each till, table, or room. Each is £25 one-time.
Does Dazenga use AI?
Yes, in two places on the Growth and Multi plans: the dashboard can draft a reply to a Google review or private feedback for you, and it writes a weekly summary each Monday. You read, edit and send any reply yourself unless you switch on the optional AI Autopilot, which can post replies for the star ratings you choose (it is off by default, and anything serious is always held for you). AI is not used on the page your customers see.
